Erin Hammett is a wife, mother of four, health coach, lifestyle medicine supporter, yoga enthusiast, and advocate of food as medicine with a focus on using a whole food plant based diet to help alleviate chronic pain and joint disease.
Erin believes that the conventional management of chronic joint pain and inflammatory flares does not address the root cause of the problem.
She knows that chronic pain is more than just a physical symptom and the current medical model does not provide adequate guidance to make long-lasting changes that improve outcomes. Her goal is to empower women suffering with chronic joint pain with simple lifestyle changes that allow them to thrive.
